Salvatore Gangi , CEO

Salvatore has been building since the late fifties, starting in the construction of custom homes. He has completed thousands of units. He also maintains a real estate brokers license.

Frank Gangi , MBA President

Frank has a Bachelor in economics from UCLA and a Masters of Business Administration with an Emphasis on Real Estate Finance from USC has been working with the company since 1984. Frank oversees all pre-development functions, new construction, rehabilitating, financing and marketing of the company.

Robert Gangi , Esquire Vice President/ Secretary

Robert has an Economics degree from UCLA and a Juris Doctorate from Loyola University . Robert is a land use attorney and acts as in-house legal counsel for the firm. He works on the various contracts and agreements that the firm enters into, as well as the construction contracts that are required for the development and construction operations.

Mark Gangi , AIA, Chief of Design

A Graduate and Professor at the USC School of Architecture, Mark Gangi, AIA,
is the Principal of Gangi Architects, the Design Division of Gangi
Development, a full service Design Build Firm specializing in the
Development of Architecture. Internship and collaboration for many years
with Panos Koulermos FAIA, recently completed Design Build of the Museum of
Water + Life in Design Partnership with Michael Lehrer FAIA.  Licensed in
California since 1997. Joined AIA Chapter as Associate Member in 1990,
became active in 2005. Served on Finance Committee, and Co-Chair of 2006
Design Awards. Mark's work was featured in several architectural
publications, as well as on KCRW's 'the City Observed'. Mark special
interest is in sustainability research and education.
